The Pembroke Arms in Wilton is an 18th Century inn and sits prominently opposite Wilton House. Originally used as overflow accommodation for the guests of the Earl and Countess of Pembroke, and later as an Officers’ Mess, the pub is now a buzzy and vibrant place.
THE MENU
Although you can find cosy nooks in our indoor bar and restaurant year round, our outdoor dining spaces adapt with seasons. In winter, our heated stretch tent becomes a buzzy hub for eating and drinking and in the summer, the garden is transformed into a festival-esque dining space, with an outdoor Garden Kitchen and Tap Room on weekends.
Food & Drink
Let’s not forget nole. At nole you’ll find hand-stretched sourdough pizza. We make our pizza dough daily in the Pie Room, and our toppings are procured as locally as possible. There are always pizzas being spun at the Pembroke, so if it’s a pizza you’re here for, get a nole.
